The camp is free of charge and each child will receive snacks and a healthy lunch as part of the day. The camp has been designed to ensure all children who attend will m …moreeet the national guidelines for exercise and have a healthy meal each day. Children will do a range of sports and physical activities such as team games, tag based games, problem solving, basketball, football, cricket, rounders, dodgeball and much more. Built into the programme are learning opportunities for children to develop their knowledge on healthy eating and what a healthy lifestyle looks like. if there are children who require one on one support in school or have particular learning needs then please contact chris@cnssportsstars.co.uk prior to booking. This is to ensure we can meet the needs of all children who attend the camp. We are sure that this camp we will be popular and we expect places to be taken quickly, so get booked up quickly! less

Football Camp (5 - 11yrs)

This is a specific football camp which will see players take part in a range of skill drills, tactical challenges and games based sessions. A typical format would be a group warm up followed by some technique work on the theme of the day. This could be passing, shooting, dribbling, attacking, de …morefending etc. As the day progresses we put those techniques to the test in tactical challenges followed by a games based approach. Depending on the age of the players there will be other activities such as penalty shoot outs, crossbar challenges and mini tournaments. This is a camp to learn and have fun! less
